Terms & Conditions

By booking with Daman Pool Villa Bunglow you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment shown at checkout is received and verified. Until then, dates are held provisionally and may be released.

2. Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract a charge.

3. Guest count

The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for the accommodation. Extra guests must be declared at the time of booking and are charged per person per night.

4. Valid ID

Every adult guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID.

5. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in and is returned after inspection of the property.

6. Damage & loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, fittings or equipment during the stay. Repair or replacement cost will be recovered from the deposit or billed separately.

7. Pool safety

The swimming pool is unattended and has no lifeguard. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

8. Parties & noise

Music and celebrations are welcome until 11:00 PM. Please respect neighbours after that hour. Loud music beyond permitted hours may attract a fine.

9. Prohibited

Illegal substances, commercial photography without permission, and any activity that breaks local law are strictly prohibited and will end the stay without refund.

10. Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in open outdoor areas, never indoors.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide the accommodation due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions or utility failures. In such cases we will offer a date change or refund.

12. Rates

Rates are per night and vary by date, day of week and season. The price shown at the time of booking is the price payable.
