Yes. When you book the Grand Pool Villa or Deluxe Pool Bunglow, the pool is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — it is never shared with other guests.
Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Yes, unmarried couples are welcome. All guests simply need to carry a valid government photo ID.
Well-behaved pets are allowed on prior intimation. Please tell us at the time of booking so we can prepare the property.

We are a short drive from Devka Beach — roughly 5 to 7 minutes by car. Jampore Beach is about 20 minutes away.

Absolutely. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and basic utensils. We can also arrange a cook or catering on prior request.
Yes — birthdays, anniversaries and small get-togethers are welcome. Music is permitted until 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbours. Bonfire and BBQ can be arranged on request.
Yes, free private parking is available inside the property for multiple vehicles.
Yes, a caretaker is available on the property to help with anything you need, while giving you complete privacy.

Typically 30% of the total to confirm your dates, with the balance payable at check-in. The exact advance is shown at checkout before you pay.
UPI and QR code, Razorpay (cards, netbanking, wallets), direct bank transfer, and pay-at-villa for selected bookings.
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before check-in, 50% between 3 and 6 days, and no refund within 48 hours. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
